Cancellation & Return
We want you to satisfied and love what you ordered. But if you wish to return or exchange any item(s) from our vendor, please read this page carefully and complete the form below. You can exchange your item for another color, a new size or an entirely different style.
Cancellation before shipment:
If the order or the items that you want to cancel have not been shipped, you can cancel the order online or by speaking with our help desk. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money paid by you will be refunded to you.
Cancellation post shipment:
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with us in online or our help desk and do not accept the delivery of the order.
Once the order is received back by us, we will refund the money paid by you as per Refund policy included below.

In case you need to return the shipment, please get in touch with our help desk or write to us at support@ExpoCyb.com within 2 days of receiving the order. Post that, please ship the products to our address within 7 days of receipt of the products:
We would treat returns as valid only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar codes intact.
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our facilities, however, in rare cases, the products might get damaged during shipment. We provide free returns if you have received damaged or incorrect products. We will reimburse the actual shipping cost incurred by you or Rs 100 (whichever is less) for such orders returned by you.
You can also simply return the products if you change your mind after receiving the products and don’t want to keep them. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by you. In addition we will charge Rs 50 per returned order as handling charges.
We will process the refund once the returned items are received and verified by us.
Items that are NOT Return/Exchangeable:
ExpoCyb.com does not accept returns or exchanges of the following items:
- Lingerie, Panties or items with attached/included panties. Health regulations forbid the reselling of these items.
- Any product missing the original packaging, hang tags, or any part(s).
- Any product that has obviously been worn or used prior to return.
- Made to Order Items - Each is custom made when you order it and are therefore not returnable or exchangeable.
- Herbs and food items. Again this is a health department issue to avoid possible contamination.
- Any product shipped more than 15 days before your request.
- Any product which states in the product description that it is "Not Returnable".
- Gift certificates.
Once approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and return address. Shoes and some others items are returned to the manufacturer for faster processing, so please do not ship back items before you receive the return address information. Items returned without an RMA number will receive store credit and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned that are not pre-approved or returned after the 15 day return period will receive a 50% store credit.
If you had paid through credit card / debit card or net banking, then we refund to same account.
If you had paid through COD, we will issue the cheque in the name and address as specified in billing details.
Discount vouchers are for one time use only and shall be treated as utilized even if you cancel the order.
If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in case you cancel the order.
