General Information
 
Recheck your information carefully:  Please make certain the billiing address you provide matches the billing address for the credit card you are using to place your order - we cannot process your payment if the address does not match. Also be certain that the shipping address is complete - including any suite or apartment information. Items returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to additional shipping fees to have resent or a 15% restocking fee if you choose to cancel the order.

Be sure to check the email account you used when placing your order. Your receipt as well as any questions or problems with your order and status changes will be sent to this address and it becomes the login for you to log back into the shop (if you register). Please check it for typographical errors. If using a Spam Assassin or other spam blocking software, please be sure to add orders @expocyb.com to your safe address or safe senders list.

Cancellations:  Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of sending your payment/order. Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to our standard  return policies if the order has been shipped, or a Rs 100/-  cancellation fee if item is not yet shipped. FULL Refunds will be given on cancelled orders within 48 hours only. You must email us a cancellation including your order number and full name to orders@expocyb.com - please make the subject line “Cancellation of Order”. You will receive a confirmation email or other information if your order has been shipped or processed.

Pricing:

Prices for products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in Indian rupees. Prices, products and Services may change at expocyb.com’s discretion. In accordance with brand guidelines, prices might change when the stocks are replenished.

Service Fees:

expocyb.com reserves the right to introduce fees for the services offered or amend existing fees as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website.

Tax:

Value Added Tax (VAT) is an indirect tax which is consumption based and is levied by the state government to be borne / paid by the ultimate consumer / shopper.On orders with total discount more than 20%, and applicable tax more than or equal to 10.99% or 5%, a flat 10.99% or 5% tax is collected from customer and the balance tax amount is funded by expocyb.com's vendor, as the case may be. For orders with total discount less than 20%, expocyb.com's vendors itself bears the tax.

Shipping:

expocyb.com reserve the right to adopt drop shipping according to the stock and  delivery address. A fixed amount of 100 INR is charged on all orders with values less than 1000 INR. Handing charges are different from Cash On delivery charge of 49INR. Both these charges shall not be refunded if an order is returned or if the cancellation request is raised after the order is shipped.Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon expocyb.com's shipment to the shipping carrier.

Delivery:

expocyb.com will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts expocyb.com reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather,flight delays,political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances.In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. The customer can cancel the order at any moment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded back in the account as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.

No Compensation Policy:

If the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Website did not meet your expectations, no compensation will be given other than the Return and refund or Exchange of the product.The customer cannot request compensation for any reason,including but not limited to: any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product; any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances; any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product; missed opportunities to avail certain discounts; any issue with our Delivery partners or their personnel; any voucher which got deactivated due to the end of expiry date; unavailability of items which the customer tried to purchase etc. Unreasonable and unlawful requests for compensation, over and above the entitled refund, will be treated as loss to business cases. expocyb.com holds the rights to cancel orders and block accounts of such customers without any prior notice.

User Warranty and Representation:

The user guarantees, warrants, and certifies that you are the owner of the content which you submit or otherwise authorized to use the content and that the content does not infringe upon the property rights, intellectual property rights or other rights of others. You further warrant that to your knowledge, no action, suit, proceeding, or investigation has been instituted or threatened relating to any content, including trademark, trade name service mark, and copyright formerly or currently used by you in connection with the Services rendered by expocyb.com.

Security and Shopping

We use a secure shopping cart for your protection and ease of shopping. You can add as many items as you like to your cart. Then “Checkout” once your order is complete. First time customers will have to enter information and may choose to set up a password, but once you've registered with us, you can log in at any time to check the status of your order as well as place additional orders with minimal typing. Tracking numbers and other information will be available as soon as your order ships. Backorders or other notations will also be made here, so be sure to check it if you have any questions before you contact us. Registered customers may receive very occasional emails from us - I generally send notices when I've added a lot of new items, am having a special sale, etc. Our customer list will not be shared with anyone else and I promise such announcements will be at a minimum.

For your security and protection please do not email credit card or other personal information! Use our cart only or contact us for a link to a secure message area only we can access.

Receipts: Our Shopping cart provides a printable receipt upon completion of your order emailed to the address you provide when ordering or you can view your order and print it at any time from the store. Please keep this for your records and refer to the Order Number it contains when contacting us. If you do not receive it, you most likely gave an incorrect email address and it has bounced. Any orders with bouncing email addresses are held until you contact us, so if you do not receive a receipt within 48 hours, please email us. Please always include your full name, order number (or auction ID), and email address when contacting us for faster response. A receipt is also mailed with your order for your permanent records.

All orders are checked via Fraud Prevention and we reserve the right to ask for additional verification or decline orders which fail our fraud division's screening. Fraudulent orders are reported to the Cyber cell crime dept. for their investigation and prosecution. 

Payments & Payment Information

expocyb.com are owned and operated by WizCyb Interactive. All credit card charges will appear on your statement as "@expocyb", "expocyb.com" or similar.

Payment Methods:  WizCyb Interactive is an authorized merchant to accept payment via Paypal,  Visa, Mastercard, as well as Money Orders or bank transfer - note: Not all payment methods are excepted on all stores due to that providers regulations. See the individual store for accepted payments.We also accept Wire Transfers, Western Union and others for Orders.

Select your payment preference in the shopping cart. See International Orders if you are outside India. We ONLY ship to the billing address of the credit card and verify all addresses to protect against possible fraud and our customers against stolen credit cards or accounts. For fastest service, please make sure you use the correct address when you order.

We also accept money orders sent via indian postal dept. Western Union or other payment methods upon request. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS due to the long time it can take for them to clear (up to 30 days!).

All orders must be paid within 15 days or order will be automatically cancelled unless other arrangements are made. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SENDING CASH THRU THE MAIL and assume no responsibility for lost or stolen payments. If sending a payment thru the mail, we recommend sending it with Delivery Confirmation or other trackable method. We use a PO Box for maximum mail security, but even that is not 100% safe, so please use common sense when sending mail payments to us or any shop.

Order Process

Most orders follow the process below. Check your order history for details and specific notes/tracking information.
 

  • Payment Authorized: Your order has been successfully placed and payment information has been received. Your credit card or Paypal payment has been authorized. This is the first status your order will show. Please note your account is not actually charged until orders are processed. Typically your order will be in this status 1-2 business days.
     
  • Processed: Your payment and ordered items have been verified and your order processed. Your payment account (credit card or Paypal) has been charged. Typically your order will be in this status for 2-5 business days. (We order from most manufacturers weekly - some several times a week, but this varies depending on their requirements and production schedules.)
     
  • Ordered from the Manufacturer: The item(s) in your order have been ordered from the manufacturers. Most items arrive to us within 5-10 business days or as shown on that items product page on the "Ships Within" line. Imported items usually arrive and ship in 1-3 weeks but can be delayed during holidays, high volume, or in customs beyond our control.
     
  • Preparing Shipment: The item(s) you ordered have arrived at one of our warehouses and is being readied to ship to you. Your shipment usually leaves the warehouse within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Indian Holidays) but during high volume periods (holidays for examples) or inventory this can take longer.
  • Shipped or Shipped - Partial: Your order in whole or in part has shipped. The tracking number has been posted to your account (view the order for a link to the tracking number). Items not included in the shipment are noted on the order history.

Other status you may see include:

  • Backordered - Paid or Backordered - Unpaid: One or more items on your order are temporarily out of stock. View your order notes for details. We do not process payments for orders where everything on your order was out of stock but will notify you as soon as these items are available. If they do not arrive within 29 business days, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be notified when the item(s) is available again for re-order.
     
  • On Hold or On Hold - Waiting for Payment. There is some question or problem with your order - view that order for details. IF not resolved within 29 days, your order is automatically cancelled.
     
  • Declined or Failed - your order and/or payment did not go thru properly or our fraud screening service was unable to verify your order information.
     
  • Declined - No Payment Received your payment was not received via money order or we were unable to find a corresponding Paypal or other payment. If you did issue payment, please contact us to resolve it.
     
  • Cancelled: The order was cancelled you.

Disclaimer Of Warranties/Limitation Of Liability:

expocyb.com has endeavoured to ensure that all the information on the Website is correct, but expocyb.com neither warrants nor makes any representations regarding the quality, accuracy or completeness of any data, information, product or Service. In no event shall expocyb.com be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any other damages resulting from: (a) the use or the inability to use the Services;(b) unauthorized access to or alteration of the user's transmissions or data;(c) any other matter relating to the services;including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Website or Service. Neither shall expocyb.com be responsible for the delay or inability to use the Website or related services, the provision of or failure to provide Services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through the Website, or otherwise arising out of the use of the website, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. Further, expocyb.com shall not be held responsible for non-availability of the Website during periodic maintenance operations or any unplanned suspension of access to the website that may occur due to technical reasons or for any reason beyond expocyb.com's control. The user understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Website is done entirely at their own discretion and risk and they will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data.

Once mobile application in place the Users of expocyb.com.com are expected to update his/her said app on regular basis, so that he/she can avail the latest services and is duly aware of any change(s) in Expocyb.com policy. In the event of failure to update the expocyb.com Application, as and when available, by the Customer, the Users understand and agrees that expocyb.com shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless expocyb.com from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by expocyb.com that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to these Terms.
